Quality of Service: The Vendor’s floating gel candles embed items into the candle that may also be supplied by the customer. The Customer understands and agrees that any photographs, memorabilia, materials, or similar items supplied by the Customer to be embedded in each candle and will not be returned to the Customer.
Advertising: The Customer expressly consents to the Vendor using images of the finished candle(s) in any form of advertising to promote the Vendor’s business and/or showcase products.
Warranty: The Vendor warrants that each candle shall be fit for the purpose for which it is ordinarily intended. The Vendor warrants that each candle will be created in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards reasonably applicable to such services. If the Customer considers that a breach of this warranty has occurred and notifies the Vendor about the breach, then the Vendor will promptly correct any defects in compliance with this warranty. Except for these warranties, no other warranty (expressed, implied, or statutory) is made by the Vendor regarding the candle(s).
